Because our sweets are perishable, we do not accept returns. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, spoiled, or incomplete, contact us within 24 hours and share a photo or video. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement where appropriate; refunds are not currently offered. Courier-related issues may need an investigation. Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. For bulk or custom orders, please contact the shop before confirming.

Orders are arranged directly with a shop by WhatsApp or phone; this website has no checkout. The live-store guidance is 2–4 business days for processing and generally 3–7 business days for delivery in India (usually 2–4 days within Gujarat). Festival periods and destination can affect timing and shipping charges. Confirm availability, delivery service, charges, and timing with your chosen shop before confirming an order. International shipping is not currently offered. Please provide an accurate address and reachable phone number; failed delivery due to incorrect details or an unavailable recipient may result in perishable goods being returned without a refund.

Keep sweets in a cool, dry place and away from warm areas. Milk Penda and Special Mava Penda are best enjoyed within 10–12 days. Follow any instructions on the package and check with your shop for freshness guidance for other products.

Our sweets are handmade, so colour, shape, and weight may vary slightly from photographs. Prices and availability can change; the shop will confirm them before an order is accepted. Products are prepared in a traditional sweet-making facility and may contain or come into contact with milk and dairy, ghee, mawa, wheat, tree nuts, or edible colours. Please ask the shop about ingredients before ordering if you have an allergy.

This website does not offer customer accounts, checkout, or payment collection, and it does not have order forms. If you contact a shop by WhatsApp, phone, or email, the details you share are handled by that service and the shop so they can respond to your enquiry.
